Fixing Backend Timeout Message
Are you having issues with your site? Is it displaying a Sucuri page with the backend timeout message like this?
There are two things that could be causing this:
1 – Webhosting.net’s server is offline
Check with us to see if the server is up, if we are having a resource issue or if we have changed your hosting IP.
2 – Our server is blocking Sucuri via a firewall or other security tool like mod_security
To solve this issue, please contact us to white list Sucuri’s IPs. You can find the list of IPs used by Sucuri on your dashboard, under Settings -> Security. The IPs are the same as the ones displayed under the firewall bypass prevention rule.
If even after that your site is not responding open a support ticket so we can further investigate the issue.
