Resetting your Exchange Control Panel password

In order to log into your Exchange Control Panel you will need the full email address and password that was used during the account creation. If you do not have the password, you may reset it by following the steps below.

Note: If you do not have or no longer use the email address that was used during the initial account creation please call 305-400-6700 for further instructions on how to reset your password.

1. Go to and click on Forgot Password

2.Type in your log-in email address (this is the email address that you use to log into the account) and click Submit.

Get secret key by email

3.You will have been sent an email from that will contain a security key (see example below). If you do not see this email in your mailbox please check your spam/junk folder.

4.Add the Secret number from the email to the Secret Key section. Enter in a new password and confirm it. Click Submit.

5.Once completed go  back to and test logging in.
