Microsoft Office 365 is the premier SaaS choice for e-mail for small businesses. That’s because the suite of programs is specially designed to help your business in a number of key areas whether you work online or offline.
What Are the Benefits of Using Office 365?
Office 365 e-mail offers tremendous advantages in terms of how the software suite can be used. Furthermore, the security, synchronization, and redundancies that are built into the software give it exceptional effectiveness for any business’s employees.
Office 365 has layers of security including encryption that will help protect your data. Should your business become a target for hackers, you will feel more at ease knowing that your software has enterprise-grade security.
Helps to Organize Work
Office 365 automatically synchronizes your e-mail, calendar, and contact list, which means you never lose a beat while doing business. You can make changes using your smartphone and have peace of mind knowing that all of your devices will be able to access the most up-to-date information.
You get 1 TB of online storage that you can use to back up your work. This is a tremendous amount of reassurance if there is data loss on your hard drive due to damage to your device or a malfunction that causes your hard drive to crash. There is also greater storage for e-mails (50 GB included in Office 365 e-mail plans), so no time is wasted looking for non-essential messages to delete in order to free up space.
Work from Anywhere
The modern workplace now requires flexibility far beyond a desktop PC sitting in an office. With Office 365’s cloud-based software, you can work, collaborate, and be productive from anywhere that there is a connection to the Internet.
As a customer of Microsoft Office 365, you have total ownership and control of your data. Your data is only used to give you the agreed-upon services and it is never used for advertising purposes. Have peace of mind knowing that Microsoft is compliant with international data protection laws regarding transfers of customer data across borders. Furthermore, Microsoft sets and follows stringent privacy standards that are backed up by strict contractual agreements.
Your services are available through a financially backed service level agreement (SLA), and Office 356 has a guaranteed 99.9 percent uptime. A Service Health Dashboard lets you know exactly where you stand with Office 365, including detailed information about all issues, current or past. Furthermore, you are completely notified of any planned maintenance events for Office 365.
